We have had a problem with flooding in the house for several years. Our goal this next year is to tackle the flooding issue and continue with renovations to the basement. So far we have completed the mold remediation, dry walled, and laid down tile in unit 2. We are striving to have this finished by Thanksgiving any donation will be extremely appreciated through this is a long and expensive process.
